Old Nick that looks like it'll keep you busy for a while. The pic intimidates me just looking at it yet alone having to put it together
I wonder if it's possible to use that as an ACTUAL arcade cabinet to play your favorite system on...that's really cool
I think some have done it. I’m not sure how practical it is, but people have gotten very creative with Legos.
I have 7 countercades. I did have to replace a board in one of them because it malfunctioned the day after I bought it. I made a video of the problem, sent a picture of the receipt, and within the week, I got a new board in the mail.
More to do here, but I accomplished a lot here. If you look close, you can see Pac-Man, Blinky, Pinky, and Inky.
I was on a roll with this while watching Wrestlemania but I hit a snag. I had to order a replacement part. I don’t know when it will get to me, but this project is at a stand still till then.
I finished the top. The marquee is next but I’m still waiting on the replacement part. Lego also neglected to put a few mini bricks in. I had to dig those out of a big Lego tote my ex accumulated from her brother’s store. Her brother and I are still cool.
I’m still waiting for the replacement part for the Lego Pac-Man, so I spent some time playing WWE 2K24. Being the armchair fight promoter that I am, I mostly play GM Mode, or MyGM as they call it in this game. This game has multiple brands and multiple GMs to choose from, as opposed to having only Smackdown and Raw on the PS2 games. So I am doing doing Monday Night War 2.0. I am managing WCW as Eric Bischoff. I’d use a created character, but only until it’s possible to run a created brand in GM Mode. Maybe the next game. I’m currently on my fourth season. At the beginning on one of my shows, both Randy Orton and AJ Styles ask to be the main event, so I put them both in. Not only that, but it was a title match. I set up the rest of the card. You only get three matches on a regular show, four matches on any PLE, and five matches on Wrestlemania. Weird how WCW and ECW can participate in these PLEs but WWE does own it all. Triple H has asked for a Last Man Standing match so that is the main event. I then set up the rest of the card. I scheduled a run in on the main event where Finn Balor attacked Randy Orton. So with the show booked, let’s start! I usually simulate all matches. The ones with interference have to be simulated. They can’t be played. As it turns out, AJ Styles won the WCW World Championship. This match occurred right before the Fastlane PLE. There was a fatal four way in a steel cage for the belt that saw it going back to Randy Orton. It’s pretty fun setting up shows after a long time of not being able to play a wrestling game with this feature for a while. I was disappointed that AEW Fight Forever didn’t have a PPV mode and I gave up hope that it would be added in with the game’s many updates. But I’m having a lot of fun with WWE 2K24.
I created an indy arena and what could possibly an indy territory promotion in a gym. If this ring shares a name with an actual wrestling promotion, it’s purely coincidental.
I caved and ordered this. It had been teasing me at RC Willey for a while, but I always resisted. It was on sale at Kohl’s for $80 off. It will be at my door on Saturday.
