yas so true @HannahFoxx I’m proud It’s a big turn on when I can have an in depth convo with a fellow nerd
Pretty much why I started this thread. I wanted to share a part of me and I’m glad others could add to it too. Thank you so much.
Quite possibly the best wrestling game you’ll find on the Switch, judging from the short time I spent on it. Still, I’d have loved more modes, especially setting up cards for Dynamite, Rampage, and Dark.
My buddies and I went to Quarters in Salt Lake last night. It wasn’t my best game of Donkey Kong but I did get first place.
I subscribed to Peacock today, taking advantage of their Black Friday deal. So the kiddo and I were watching this.
I can’t help but be slightly disappointed with the Switch box cover for Super Mario RPG. The Super NES box art has more going on.
For the countercades, yes. There’s nowhere else to put them. Same for the Midway. The Pac-Man/Galaga head to head has a spot I can put it when it’s not in use.
oh my goodness! I haven't seen one of those game carts in a really long time! I remember blowing into them so they would play right lol! Thanks for sharing it brings back great memories from a much simpliar time!
E-C-DUB!! E-C-DUB!! I’m watching TNN’s ECW. TNN did ECW dirty. They put ECW on their network only to see if wrestling would fly. They then worked out a deal with Vince McMahon and WWF. ECW was cancelled and went out of business soon after. Vince bought ECW and WCW the same year.
This is done. It didn’t take long, but with all the small parts it had, it was a very cumbersome task.
I might dig out my old PS2 and try the Manhunt games again. Here’s a funny story involving that game. A guy my mom was dating and who was living with us saw a report about Manhunt on the news. He says, “Games like those should never be made! Whoever buys and plays them is horrible!!” The next day, my mom went to Walmart, and I went with her. That day, I bought a copy of Manhunt. Just because I heard that people who buy games like that are horrible people. LOL!!
My countercades are finally paid off! I 100% own them now! The ones pictured here are the ones I bought on credit at RC Willey. Mortal Kombat was purchased from the Arcade 1up website and Super Pac-Man and Pac-Man/Galaga were purchased at Kohl’s. Those three were paid for in full. The other four, Marvel, Turtles, NBA Jam, and Ms Pac-Man, have finally been paid off. I own my mini arcade now!
