~~**Breakfast...The Most Important Meal Of The Day**~~

I had 1/2 an egg salad sandwich on wheat toast and a cup of strawberry yougert!

 

Just a bowl of flakes this morning. (Running late ) But hey, whats new. 8) :wink:

And I had oatmeal and wheat toast.

 

My fav breakfast food would be toaster strudel.

Bagel & Lox

 

Breakfast is always my largest meal of the day. I taper down as the day goes on. It was hard at first to do but I love waking up and eating scrambled eggs with salsa on a tortilla. A smoothie made with fruit, veggies and flax seed. And possibly some avocado.
