Thought I would get out the Instant Pot and try a sirloin tip roast. Only took 20 minutes for deliciousness! Onion roasted potatoes and some homemade gravy made it a meal. Brought some in to share, hope it as enjoyed. Want to join me next time? Supper yummy! Potato's were yummy too! Have to see what I can come up with next!
