    Ok, I am seriously impressed right now. I booked online for a trip coming up in August, and 30 minutes later GDW called ME to offer the BR rate just because I made mention of the ranch and Dennis.

    Canceled the online reservation, and rebooked with them on the phone, since the rate is better than the 'Net can do, but THAT is what I call awesome service.

    I have a question that I did not see answered on the pages. Did the Gold Dust West used to be a Best Western? It looks like it is the same place but it has been many years since I was there. When I last visited Carson City, the Best Western was the best hotel that I could find at a reasonable rate.

    I recommend the Gold Dust West Hotel. Stayed there several times. Great location for LRN, Bunny Ranch and Sagebrush
