I missed all the great desserts at Thanksgiving because I was on the road to come to Love Ranch North. Fantasizing about Christmas goodies now.

 

I said it like that when I typed it!

 

That sounds pretty yummy! Do you bake it yourself?

 

I have to work out extra hard this time of the year so I can eat everything I want! I love food around the holidays!

 

I just tried a Vegan chocolate chip cookie. You couldn’t even tell it was vegan!

 

Well I never did a Coo Wip party! Can we do that for our 2 girl?

 

As a matter of fact, I do. I think I will have to bring one out to the Ranch so you can try it.

I once had this thing that looked like a hollowed out cupcake with warm fudge in it.To this day I get happy thinking about that one time eating that darn thing...LOL

 

One of my favorite desserts would be Medovik (it is a layered honey cake). There is a restaurant down in the suburbs of San Diego where I had my first slice of the good stuff. I try to visit the restaurant as often as I can do so whenever I return to southern California to visit family.

Yes! Warm and fresh out of the oven!

 

I have not made the attempt to make one yet. Maybe one day when I'm on my way to a pot luck or a similar get together I would be adventurous enough to bake one and take it with me.
