This is my way of making scrambled eggs

• Organic eggs
• Avacado
• Spinach
• Tomato
• Parmesan cheese
• Hot sauce
• Garlic minced

It's mango season in Hawaii, and with it comes mango pies...

They most certainly are! The lady that made the mango pie also creates other, wonderful pies. And she gives them hilarious puny names.

Very tasteful presentation for a delicious breakfast combo.

 

I live on Oahu, in Honolulu. I've been to Kauai and the Big Island of Hawaii many times, Maui once.

And I was just there in Carson City! Though I didn't get a chance to visit Bunny Ranch; I was down at the cul de sac visiting Love Ranch, Kit Kat and Sagebrush. I just came home on Wednesday.

 

Ham and egg cups. They look great and I bet they are delicious.
