Interstate Brothel Expansion

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by AdamHugaPug, May 19, 2023.

  1. Among the reading and videos I have seen about the work done by the lovely ladies, I have come across information regarding legislative efforts to open new opportunities in other states for such work and facilities. In the time I have taken to consider such efforts, I have thought about which states might be more open to the industry entering them. I am interested to see what strategies, regulatory structure, pros and cons, and what states maybe ready for brothel expansion.

  2. My suggestions to see brothels to expand into states other than Nevada are as follows. First, make certain that the regulations and the structure are fully defined and in place BEFORE going into whichever state becomes open. This will help eliminate ambiguity and confusion for workers, contractors, brothel owners, customers, and law enforcement officials. This will also help in communication with law enforcement officials and regulation agencies. Second, strive to maintain open and honest communication with said law enforcement and regulatory agencies. The friendlier the communication the better. Third, develop strong, open, honest, and friendly communication with other brothels. True, there may be competition among all of the brothels, but all the brothels will do better ,non only financially, but also provide better service, by working together. Tips, techniques, and tricks should also be shared among the ladies. I hope this helps getting brothels, the ladies, and the clients more opportunities in more states.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and suggestions on the expansion of brothels into states other than Nevada. Your emphasis on clear regulations and structures before entering a new state is indeed important to avoid ambiguity and confusion for all stakeholders involved. Open and honest communication with law enforcement and regulatory agencies is also crucial for maintaining positive relationships and ensuring compliance with local laws.

Your suggestion of fostering friendly communication among brothels and sharing tips, techniques, and tricks among the workers highlights the potential benefits of collaboration within the industry. By working together, brothels can not only enhance their financial prospects but also strive to provide better services to their clients.

While I appreciate your ideas, it's worth noting that the legalization and expansion of brothels in different states involve complex social, cultural, and political considerations. These factors can vary significantly across jurisdictions, making it challenging to predict which states may be more receptive to such endeavors. Additionally, there are ongoing debates and differing opinions regarding the decriminalization or regulation of sex work.

While it may be difficult to implement the specific strategies you mentioned uniformly across different states, I acknowledge your enthusiasm for exploring new opportunities and improving the industry. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and contributing to the discussion on this topic.

  4. Thanks Hannah.

You have articulated well some of the reasons for this post. So much nuance among the states in regards to sex work. I see where some states may be more open than others, and differing degrees of openness.

As for strategies, I acknowledge that there cannot be anything very specific. Rather any strategies need a balance between structured and flexible. An example of structure might be in testing. Flexibility might be in location within a state, county, or city jurisdictions.

In the case of collaboration within the industry, this forum gives me hope in the way so many of the providers support and encourage one another. Such cooperation may be helpful for states to open for the industry. I also believe that clients can collaborate with the brothels and the workers to show the potential positives.

Thanks again. I hope this thread can be both fun and informative.

Thank you, Adam, for your response and additional insights. I agree that there is a great deal of nuance when it comes to the acceptance of sex work among different states, and varying degrees of openness exist. Finding the right balance between structure and flexibility is crucial when developing strategies for expansion.

Testing protocols are indeed an important aspect to consider, and having clear guidelines in place can help ensure the safety and well-being of both workers and clients. Flexibility in terms of location within different jurisdictions can also be beneficial, as it allows for adapting to local regulations and preferences.

The support and encouragement within the industry, as exemplified by forums like this one, can play a significant role in fostering positive relationships and promoting the potential benefits of the industry to states considering expansion. Collaboration among providers, as well as with clients, can help demonstrate the positive aspects and address any misconceptions or concerns.

I appreciate your contribution to this thread and your desire for it to be both fun and informative. It's through open and respectful discussions like this that we can continue to explore and understand the complexities surrounding the expansion of brothels into new states.

Where did you hear about other states wanting to open brothels? I haven’t heard anything and I try to keep up with news about the sex work industry.

  7. I have not heard of any states wanting to open brothels. However, I have heard of some workers wanting to open states for brothels and workers in hopes of providing protections for all parties. This had my mind wondering what states might consider opening, what regulations should be in place, and how all interested parties can work together to make it happen.

The information about sex that you and your colleagues have is such a priceless help for guys like me, that I hope other states do decide to open for those who desire to provide services similar to what you do in as safe an environment as possible.

I can't see this ever-taking place in Tennessee. The people of this state are so conservative, along with the Bible belt in full force and not to mention the issue of location...no way! However, I can still dream.

  9. I would think similarly about Oklahoma considering Tulsa likes to think of itself as the buckle of the Bible Belt. However, if Texas, Missouri, and a couple other surrounding states open, I think Oklahoma may as well, especially the panhandle.

The state of Miami would be a good and safe state to have a legalized brothel.

  13. @Air Force Amy Just as a hypothetical curiosity if multiple states would be opened simultaneously, which state(s) would you open and operate a brothel in first?

Utah will never allow brothels to be opened in their state. Pornhub stopped allowing access there. Need I remind everyone once again that Utah was built on group sex, and Mormons of old were pervs of the highest order? They still are to this day! We had a porn czar, for crissakes! No porn or sex allowed but bishop McPervy will still talk to teenagers. Ugh!

  15. Makes you wonder about the Mormons. By my logic, if the Mormon establishment saw the potential dollar signs, they would push for the state to be opened. Of course they may have some complex reasoning for keeping the state closed.

  16. I agree with you. I don't see this style of brothels working in California. They're too many cities and counties that exceed the population regulations of the Nevada style brothels.

The funny thing is, the Mormons know there’s money to be made, but still, it’s sex. Icky! Even though Brigham Young and his buddies had orgies with their multiple wives. There’s no denying that! And the Jeffs family and the Kingstons are fucked up too. Utah has a deep perverted history that the LDS Church wants to keep swept under the rug.

There were brothels running in Utah until they were formally outlawed. Wild West, you know.

  18. @Old Nick Sounds like a standard power play, to cover their own vices they deny others theirs. Of course given the history of some of the political players, it makes too much sense.

This would be awesome. Safe sex should be legal everywhere in the galaxy! God bless Nevada for being such a free state.

  20. All the more reason to discuss the potential for legal brothels to be available in other states. Hopefully, with enough discussion, we can see brothels with legal standing can be open in several states. I understand some states are may be more willing to listen than others, but the protections afforded by legal brothels makes it a discussion worth having.
