I need you guys thoughts and prayers

Some of you know this some of you don't.

My mom has stage 3 lymphoma she has been in the hospital for a week. Today the news came that the cancer has spread to the point that further chemo wouldn't be effective. She will be coming home but under care from a team who will eventually pass her to Hospice care. Maybe 2 months left my mom told me as I held her hand today. If I'm distracted for awhile this is why. Thank you for listening and to everyone who has reached out

Be there for your mom, don't even think or worry about anything else. She needs you, your efforts and your energy needs to be focused for her.

 

Positive thoughts during this time. Yes, be there for your mom but use everything available to you through hospice—being a caregiver means taking care of yourself.
