This morning I had my protein shake after my workout!

 

I had blueberry pancakes and hashbrowns this morning! Delicious!

 

I had a chocolate protein shake!

 

Cold pizza this morning, one of my favorites!

 

Mine too!

 

This morning I had a BLTA on naan bread! It was delicious!

 

I love Naan bread too!

As for breakfast I had a bagel.

Me too! Greatful Gardens in Reno makes the best BLTA. You would love it, minus the bacon!

 

I had chilaquiles this morning. So yummy!

I started the day with an activated charcoal pressed juice!

 

This morning I made an egg white scramble with all kinds of veggies, avocado and pepper jack cheese!

 

This morning I had a Sweeter Greens cold pressed juice from a local place here in Carson. It was so yummy! I can’t wait to try more flavors!

 

This morning I had some red grapefruit and a protein shake after my workout!

 

Another protein shake for me this morning!

 

I had a Sweeter Greens cold pressed juice this morning!

 

This morning I had a cold pressed celery juice and a slice of peanut butter toast with honey and cinnamon!

I’m usually not a huge fan of cooking in the morning, my go to would probably be cereal. hehe

It was..Add coffee , and orange juice…..

 

I had vanilla Greek yogurt with raspberries, blueberries and blackberries along with 2 hard boiled eggs!

 

I get routinely praised for my 'french toast'. I use the thick Texas toast bread and dip the slices in a mixture of egg, vanilla, and cinnamon. Tastes like a cinnamon roll. It is usually requested with my fried potatoes seasoned with garlic and onion.
