I love mexi seafood! Have you ever had a mexican shrimp cocktel? @LayloniStroxxx was kind enough to bring me ceviche from El Centro market and the next day gave me a secret ingredient so I could make this yummy concoction

 

Farm fresh eggs are so bright and vibrant and tasty compared to commercialized eggs. Do any of you have your own hens??? I made these into a scramble

Amazing looking food @ChloeCakes !!!! Maybe you can get me to get fully into eating garden tomatoes! Never really liked 'em, but trying to add them to my diet more and more since they are healthy!

What don’t you like about them?! Is the the texture ? Or flavor?? Vine ripened or heirloom tomatoes are yummy! I can eat them like apples w salt & pepper! Lol another trick I learned is to never refrigerate them! Keep on the counter for better flavor & ripening

 

Just the flavor, not enamored with the taste....I'm getting more 'used' to them though, on hamburgers and the like.....I try telling myself, it's the same stuff used in tomato soup and spaghetti sauce, get to liking 'em lol

Side note - I went from hating mushrooms as a kid, and now I think they are one of my favorite foods, so you never know. right?

 

Hahahaha skillet grandma pie! That’s funny. I get hooked on convenient foods too, but it’s nice to dedicate at least a day of the week to cooking a nice homemade meal for yourself

 

I love beets! And their greens are really good for our blood circulation. I’ve never cooked them tho! Rather used them as “lettuce” wraps

 

Really?!?! I think you mentioned a new business but I had no idea it was as restauranteur! I’d love to know more about the culinary side to you. What type of cuisine ?? Maybe we can test some recipes out on each other
