PIC THREAD What is Chloe doing today?

When I’m at Sagebrush I’m usually super busy but I also find lots of downtime that I need to fill. Here is a new thread of my random (sometimes mundane) daily occurrences so that you can take a peak into Chloe Cakes’ brothel life.

I’d love to know what the other ladies and gents do in their spare time as well! Please feel free to reply & share.

 

I just gave my makeup brushes a much needed bath! I use a little of the blue Dawn dishsoap we have here. (It works just as good if not better than specific brush cleaners.) Cleaning my brushes routinely not only assists makeup application but also helps to prevent breakouts/ clogged pores due to buildup.
Skincare is super important to me.

 

Now that it’s getting sunnier outside I make sure to spend a little time each day getting some Vitamin D

 

Today is my Sunday off and I’m spending this lovely mother’s day with Miss @piperrae ! First we went to the tattoo/ piercing shop for some body adornments and now we are at the Peppermill having some drinks

 

Happy mamas day! @piperrae ! The gift shop at the peppermill had a book that caught our fancy. “A woman’s guide to Cannabis” by Nikki Furrer that became a mamas day gift to my main girl

 

We LOVE the terrace lounge at the Peppermill and our Hennessy with pineapple backs

This is great advice on how to wash make up brushes! I will have to try that dawn soap!

So! I’m on my lil stay cation right now at home and just thought I’d share with you something I did tonight, that I’ve always wanted to try my hand at but never have UNTIL NOW!! I’m so excited to see what will happen ?!? Will it work?!

I just attempted a home brew of my first ever batch of *knock on wood* KOMBUCHA!!!!
Let’s see if it works! This magical fermented tea should be ready in about 7 to 14 days!

 

The Scoby or “Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast” is the heart of this elixir. Along with a mixture of sugar water and tea! During the 2nd process I’ll be able to bottle it and add fresh ingredients to flavor it! Like fresh ginger or tart cherry juice. *crossing my fingers* for this first batch !

 

I’ve also been cleaning my home and organizing my space, consider it Marie Kondoing, lol here’s a little personal photo collage with fairy lights & clips I finally put up ❤️
