I never ask this, but I feel I should share what’s going on. My stepmom texted me just now. My dad is back in the hospital. He was in the hospital a while back when he had a pacemaker put in. This was close to a year and a half ago. I’m told now he’s got some sort of infection and is now in ICU. He can’t have visitors unless they’re gowned up and I’m at work as I write this. I really hope he gets better. If you can, please send my dad your prayers, best wishes and vibes.
Update: My dad seems to be doing better. I know he has his phone. He wished my brother a happy anniversary on Facebook today. I’ll keep you posted.
My dad is going home today. The doctors started him on antibiotics and magnesium. I don’t know if they’ve sussed out what kind of infection he had. I’m just glad he’s not in the hospital anymore. Thank you everyone. It means a lot to me.
