I know how you feel. It's hard to try and stay awake. With the livestream when I watch it live it's 2am on a Friday morning.

I'm on the east coast of the US and 9 PM is the perfect time for me with my Mom being asleep by then. Afterward, I grab a snack to keep my blood sugar up overnight before I fall asleep.
I'm already in my bedroom by 11pm so I just listen to music to keep me awake. My mum and sister should be already asleep by 2am when livestream comes on where I am.
