Sassafras is nestled between the Historic Carson Hot Springs and the award-winning Shoe Tree Brewery at 1500 Old Hot Springs Road, Carson City, NV 89706. We are open 6 days a week Tuesday-Saturday from 11 am-9pm, Sunday 12pm-7pm and we usually have live music 2 or more times a week.
