While these take about 3 hours to make, they are definitely worth it! A favorite for sure. A combination of pork and beef for filling. Partially cooked cabbage to wrap the meatballs. All rolled up and covered with stewed tomatoes. Into the oven for an hour. Tomato sauce cooking with a milk/sour cream sauce. Pour sauce over cabbage rolls and cover and cook for another hour.
