I'm up right now I should be sleeping but it's not working. I work 3rd shift so I sleep during the day and work at night. What helps u sleep for all of u who work all night. Doesn't help I live next to a hunting preserve. I ordered a sleeping mask and soft earplugs to help try to compact the noise plus the small amount of light coming in my room.

When I worked nights, I was lucky enough to live somewhere quiet but the light kept me awake. I borrowed a fix from when I lived in Alaska and taped aluminum foil over all the bedroom windows to seal out all the light completely. Looks horrible from the outside but I was able to sleep!

Earplugs, box fan in room standing on a chair (not in window) or A/C unit if it a really warm, dark curtains with shade-blinds closed, also if you're having a really hard time staying asleep, take four capsules of Cellucor 's P6 PM nighttime testosterone booster ( helps promote improved sleep) this can be found in GNC stores and a few melatonin tablets, both are not addicting and put they will put your ass out faster than a fat kid in a game of dodge-ball trust me, I used to work 2nd and 3rd shift, it will work even when you have to sleep during the day.

I work graveyard weekends at Amazon. A sleep mask helps. Though if I’m tired enough, I won’t really need it.
