Ranch car service

This probably a stupid question but I was wondering if the ranch cars would pick me up Reno and take me back if there is snow or ice on the roads?

 

They should be able to. Depending on how bad the conditions are. If the conditions are that bad , the airports . And highways too .Will be closed! This can be bettered answered by the girls..

I remember seeing signs on 580 about tire chains being required under certain conditions. Rental car companies don't provide those as far as I can tell.
