Its on Nintendo’s eShop on the Switch. It’s a $15 download, plus tax.

Ok is there any plus side to the whole Xbox gold thing on the switch?

 

Not that I’m aware of, but there’s been talk, and Nintendo and Microsoft have been buddy buddy as of late, hence Cuphead’s presence on the Switch. I don’t own an Xbox One, so I can’t really say for sure.
