Studies have shown that a male gets a better workout and is more apt to reach target heart rate thus increasing fat burning and calorie expenditure when a woman sits on his chest. Yesterday I did 127 squats all with perfect form. (Okay so I counted a few twice to ensure successful regime perfection...WHOO it burns so good.) It's about Heart health.
