About Me Healing nicely and ready to get back to the ranch

I'm missing the ranch so much! I will be cleared to fly next week and im so looking forward to making it back to Nevada.
I had surgery on my foot Dec 20th and so far everything's healing well though I still have a lot of swelling so I haven't been able to put weight on it as of yet. I'm getting around with a little wheeled cart but I have crutches and a cane waiting on me to finally be able to put weight down on it

This just means you guys are gonna have to keep me in bed thats all

Thanks dear! Yeah it's been pretty painful but it was before so hoping it fixes me lol I miss wearing shoes haha

 

What did you do to your foot? When I broke my ankle , they had me in a non weight bearing cast for 10 weeks! What fun……

 

Well I've been dancing in heels for many years...it took a toll lol had to get a bunion fixed. Supposed to be on 50% weight bearing but I still can't bear anything without pain. I'll be in a boot this whole next tour (boo)

 

I do dislike this … 8 weeks . Non weight bearing…

Oh no!
My Dr said I would be 50% weight bearing (walk on my heel) but with the way its wrapped up my heel can't possibly bear weight so I'm hoping when I get the stitches out Tuesday that will be easier to accomplish lol

I hope you heal soon and are back to ranch shenanigans quickly as well! We should commiserate lol
