Bailey's cooking keto

I just started it about 3 weeks ago....it is yummy, and I feeling better.

 

They have so many great recipes....

 

I’ve been using flaxseed oil for stir frying... much healthier and doesn’t compromise flavor like I feared it would

I love using lemon juice in recipes. ....and pepper.

 

Not really....just took some trial and error.
