What is a movie or movie series you've never seen that was hugely popular?? I'll start I've never seen Harry Potter
I never have either. HP was after my time and I had no kids, so no movie hassle. The last time I set foot in a movie theater was 1999. Never again.
Titanic. For crying out loud - two people get on a boat, they fall in love, the boat sinks, and one of them dies. This story does not take 3 hours to tell.
I never watched Titanic. My mom had some coworkers that saw that movie three times in the theater and cried each time. Like it turns out any different the second or third time.
None of the Fast and Furious, Star Wars or Harry Potter series. Only saw the first Terminator, none of the rest.
Never watched these, and they all have the common thread of oversaturation of advertising: Wayne's World: Its theme song of Bohemian Rhapsody got played to death on radio stations. It was years before I could stand the song and I still don't want to see the movie. Dirty Dancing: Same reason as above The Sixth Sense: Partly because I got tired of variant memes of "I see dead people" and partly because people were giving away the ending by the second week. The Blair Witch Project: All I remember is the promo where a woman is constantly sniffling. Gross.

There was some movie that a guy my mom dated absolutely loved. I can’t remember the name of it. Some romantic movie. He got real into the movie and even wished he could change the outcome of it. It should be noted that this fucker gave me a lot of shit for enjoying pro wrestling. He’d say, “You know it’s fake, right?” He said it every time I watched it, and he even went to a show with me and my mom. I really wanted to snap a wrestling hold on him and tell me how fake it was, but I digress. He was watching his favorite movie and getting choked up by it. I walked over, put my hand on his shoulder and said, “You know it’s fake, right?” Heel move? Maybe…but goddamn worth it!
NOW I can say I walked out of a "Fast and Furious" movie! The latest one I think is 8 or 9? I walked out because the theatre was too hot and my chair sucked and it was too loud for me that day. I'm going to go see "Jungle Cruise" in 3D luxury seating today!
Have never seen anything with Tom cruise in it. by the way for all the people saying titanic. Here’s a twist for you the Leonardo DiCaprio’s character in that movie is a time traveler.
wrestling more real then any of the movies. actors do antyhign dangerous they have stunt double come in for it. I could go on for awhile about that. no not a heel move just calling a spade a spade.
