Hey I was just wondering, is a dental dam for going down on one of the ladies non-negotiable or can you do it without one?
Some require them, others don't. Its one of those questions you'll need to ask specifically to the ladies you're interested in visiting. I'll also add that I've never had a lady I've visited require the use of one of these.
The only answer I can give on the subject is this... every lady I've partied with made it a requirement!

In my short experience there at the Ranches ALL of the ladies I've partied with REQUIRED a dental dam. It's right up there with condom usage. I know it sucks but every lady is different. You always want to ask beforehand when setting up an appointment. Your question is interesting because I rarely see this topic come up and get discussed. For example in one particular party I wanted "half and half" off the menu which is 50% oral and 50% sex. When it came time to do the deed on her I was told that for her it's "only exclusively for GFE parties" meaning that I would have to pay more for that privilege. This wasn't thoroughly discussed at the time of appt because I assumed it was OK. No problem however as we turned it into a really cool "Toy Party" and everyone was happy. Another lady told me NO ONE likes using them so they just skip right over that part. So many variables.
P.S. Something else I just thought of. If you book a 2 girl party you are GUARANTEED to see that kind of action between the 2 girls of course. LOL
Interesting responses. I am looking forward to seeing what other people have to say. For me, only one lady required the use of a dental dam and she said it was the law, which it is not. So I think there is a bit of confusion in this regard. I think it is best to ask before booking an appointment, though I think it can also be a spur of the moment decision as well on her part. Please make sure you are super clean, shower, shaved, teeth brushed and mouth washed before going.
I agree with Imogen. Ask the lady you are interested in partying with. After 12 years of going to the ranches, cunnilingus with or without a dental dam is the lady's choice. She can require the dental dam or not, and change her mind too if she feels like it. It can be like DFK Deep French Kissing or anal play, some ladies might say absolutely no she doesn't allow that, some ladies might say yes, she loves it, and for some ladies it might depend on who the client is. Not treat every client the same? Hell yes, that happens. Be careful reading reviews, what happens with one client might not happen for another client for different reasons. Many (most) ladies have their own personal limits, rules and restrictions but those can change depending on how she feels at the time. Like with what @Built tough said, using a dental dam and trust (and comfort level or maybe more of a closer connection like a friendship) built up over several parties she might change her mind and not require a dental dam.
Now that's another topic worth discussing. I always make sure my hygiene is on it's A Game before a party and I'm thinking being a repeat customer is very helpful. However I keep seeing various ladies profiles under the "KISS" category it says YES but when I get there it's really NO. They respond with a clenched jaw and you'd need a crowbar to get their mouthes open. LOL! If one doesn't like the texture of a dental dam then there's always Saran Wrap. It's a little thinner and more flexible. Only reason why I was hesitant about dams in the first place was that they are also use for root canals which I've had a rather traumatic experience with so I was trying to disassociate myself from it. Sounds crazy I know.
Some ladies don’t offer oral on them as a service at all, some use dental dams or Saran Wrap, and some don’t. Half and half for the most part is considered 1/2 bj and 1/2 sex. But every lady conducts herself differently and chooses what her boundaries are. The more conversations you can have with a specific lady you’re interested in partying with, the better. Half and half has always been traditionally bj and sex, but for me, its mutual oral and sex. I think there is a lot of clients who love to give pleasure to the lady rather than than be the only partner to receive.
Up to the lady! Some require it, others don’t. Just talk to your chosen lady about what you’re comfortable with or desiring during negotiations and she will let you know her boundaries
Very exciting to learn this may be an option when you earn someone's trust. I was operating under the assumption it was required by law. Cunnilingus is probably my biggest turn on and I was a bit bummed thinking it would always have to be wrapped. It would make sense this is a YMMV thing. I think that trust building and discussions are key. Given that it is possible to spread germs in this manner, we must be thoughtful as to how we conduct ourselves. This benefits not only myself, but your health too. You can be relieved to know that your chosen lady, like myself, is selective and careful to keep both of us safe-ajd having fun
Times have definitely changed when it comes to this subject. I just got the Cathouse DVD which covers from 2005-2008 or so seasons. I'm currently up to Season 2 and in every episode when they show "party activities" I noticed that not ONE lady on the show used a dental dam. It seemed like the 60s where everyone was free spirited and open minded about it. If anyone wants a copy there's still a few left on Amazon for about $18.
I would imagine we are seeing ladies that likely had an existing trust with the client. It could be private discussions via email, or a previous experience at the Ranch. The Cathouse did not show the behind the scenes conversations and msgs.

All depends on the lady, you should ask them before you make a deal on the party so both are aware. My experience so far with the ladies I have partied with none used the dental dams, but I normally do it to Ladies that I trust and have partied before. That’s just me.
That is a possibility however the majority of parties shown on the show were directly from lineups and not regular clients. The show is not available online to rent but you can buy it from Amazon. Lots of time right now to catch up.
HBO Cathouse was scripted and edited. It was not like a hidden camera on Candid Camera. There is one member of this message board that was in one of the Cathouse episodes.
Of course it was. I did notice there was usually a dark haired dude always hanging out in the parlor and usually sitting next to Dennis. It wasn't Ron and I think this guy may have screen credit on IMDB as "Johnny Buss." It's amazing what the lighting crew did with that place. It's brighter than a casino and they even tinted the front door to keep the outside light from interfering with their shots. Sounds like that guy is a Ranch Veteran. P.S.
