I was just curious as to what fast food restaurant you all would pick while having a very busy day or long road trip ahead of you. Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.
I live across the street from a Smashburger. I go there once per week. Every once in a while, they give me a free burger. Yesterday they changed the menu and removed the item I usually order.
Years ago, the manager at the Panda I frequented in Layton saw that I was in there at least once a week, and gave me a discount punch card. Everything I ordered was 10% off, and if my mom went for Panda, I’d give her my card so she could get a punch on it. She liked picking up the Panda Feast, and the discount went a long way. The punches all got filled, but I wasn’t able to get another as Panda didn’t do that anymore. These days, with my Uber Eats gig, I deliver a lot of Panda Express, as most of my delivery requests come from there.
Despite the overall 'meh' reaction to their fries (at least they give you a lot), I'd go with In N' Out, specifically the one on 395 in south Carson City because it's en route to the Mound House ranches! Take Out, Ladies?
The long chicken sandwiches from Burger King are one of my most favorite things. Does anyone remember when they were 99 cents along with the Whopper?
They used to be BIG, too. I hadn’t had one in ages, ordered one a few months ago...sigh, disappointing...Taco Bell’s Burrito Supreme went the same way, too (so, yeah, size does matter, I guess )
I know that I have already voted and commented....but I can’t believe that I forgot all about Five Guys Burgers......it’s the only place around here to get Cajun fries.
Yeah they were... although now I don’t feel like such a chonker when I scarf one (or two if I gots me a coupon) down in five bites like I used to
Whataburger. I mostly go there for breakfast. Sausage, egg and cheese on a jalapeno cheddar biscuit. Chorizo, egg and cheese taquitos. I used to go to Jack in the Box regularly for Ultimate Cheeseburgers and tacos but it's been years since I've been there. I also really liked Taco Bell but I didn't go there for a long time until recently. My first taco was at a Taco Bell in New Mexico and I thought it was the greatest thing in the world.
When I'm on the West Coast a must have is Raising Cane's.. When I'm in the Midwest I have to go to Checker's/Rally's.. When I'm down south I have to have Whataburger !!! And Bojangles when I'm on the East Coast!
When I had a Popeyes close to my house, I used to buy the chicken and then make my own mashed potatoes and corn
Whatever doesn't make me poop too much. LOL JK! Anyplace that makes a juicy cheeseburger. Sent from my VS988 using Tapatalk
I'm not much of a fast food guy, haven't been to a McDonald's in almost 15 years or more. I like to go healthy so either a Subway, Baja Fresh or packing my own for road trips.
No, but I don't go looking for restaurants often since I cook at home practically all the time. I'll have to check them out.
