My first job. McDonald's! I got employee of the month the third month in! I also got tipped! Very lucky of me hehe. I also met a lot of the regulars who came in for coffee every day. What was your first job?!
Well back in the summer of , 1974. I too worked in a McDonalds , for the summer. Then it was back to school….Bought my first stereo , with that money.
My first job was shredding old tax info. I was like 6ish and bored so my aunt gave me something to do.
GIRL 100 degree heat feels like 120 with the humidity....trust me FUN is not the word to describe that experience LOL
Fast food was my first job while in school, but my first "real job" was selling vacuum cleaners door to door/appt. Who here knows what a Thomas Guide is? It def taught a 19yo to be resourceful. And a point of pride - I was the only person in the 10yr history of the company to actually reach their top tier of commission. Nope, not the Prez or the VP/Sales Director ever ACTUALLY hit that tier.... 3 months in of me hitting it consistently had them rewriting the comp plan cuz they were afraid I'd bankrupt them. Fools....
I've done a lot of jobs (that's what she said), including literally working in a sausage factory . I did my first brothel tour ever on a 2-week vacation from my job as a clerk with the Department of Health.
I worked food service before this and before that i worked at a grocery store for three years. All I can say so far is this job is WAY more fun that any of my others
I was a busser/hostess at a country club for my first job! I’ve worked in lots of restaurants as a server too
I started doing "sex work" when I was about 16/17 yo. Lol. Off the cuff, the jobs back then that come to mind was working at a pet grooming salon and as a pie maker extraordinaire at Nation's.
My first job was Dunkin' Donuts which I started at 15 in high school. My very last “square” job I worked as a Pharmacy Technician. I wish they paid higher because you’re working with patients just like any other career in healthcare. I’m getting off my soap box now haha
Seriously?? Ah hon, my heart goes out to you. Selling vacuums would have been way easier than selling those!
