Just wanted to post a little note of the absolutely undeniable generosity of Dennis. Aside from the reasons most of us all know about, I wanted to highlight a simple, yet much appreciated, act of kindness he bestowed on me over the weekend. Sitting in the MLBR parlor, I had my reading glasses on while tweeting a picture. He called over to me, "What strength?" I am sure the look on my face was one of confusion because, at first, I thought he was talking about the chili I had made earlier in the day for the next day's lunch. LOL!!! Finally, I realized he was talking about the strength of my reading glasses. I told him and he said he had some I would like much better. I didn't really think much about it and the next morning had forgotten about it. So while I was in the parlor waiting for my party with Ruby, the cashier came out and said Dennis wanted to see me up at his house. Still not thinking it was the glasses, I thought, "Oh $h!t What did I do???" Domino escorted me up to the house, I knocked on the door and Dennis hollered "Come in, Crock." Dennis was seated at his desk and appeared to be replying to emails. He was looking for something in his desk drawer and pulled out a cylindrical tube. Then it clicked: I remembered about the glasses. I opened the tube, pulled out the glasses and tried them on. I loved them instantly. A very simple gesture, but again, one that is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you so much, Dennis!
The guy is an amazing host and good man all around. I don't get west as much as i want to, but when i do he always greats me, has me fed, gives me free drinks, and hands me great swag. I wish i could get out there more just to hang out.

I've heard a lot of stories about Dennis, and his generosity in many regards. I've seen it first hand. He doesn't boast about it, or maybe even realize how greatly he has affected so many people's lives, in so many positive ways, big and small. Dennis! And Crock!!
Great story thank you for sharing! These are the type of people that you are lucky to even know because genuine people that do things for others out of the kindness of their heart are rare! Way to go Dennis
awww so nice of you to take the time to write such nice thoughts and kind sentiments! Thank you Crock!
