Stop watering the weeds in your life and start watering the flowers.

 

I love it! My Dad taught all five of his children to swim by throwing us into the swimming pool and we had no choice but to somehow learn to swim to keep from drowning!

Maybe a little long and nerdy as it is from a Sci-Fi show called Babylon 5 but it always resonates with me:
