Each week at tea party, the ladies finish off our house meeting with a positive thought or quote! I thought it would be a great idea to share our thoughts and quotes each week here in this thread! Feel free to join in, and share a quote that you personally enjoy!

I use positive affirmations in my life all the time. I don't think it's a quote... but one affirmation I use all the time that I have learned is... "I am loved. I am worthy. I am safe. I am free. I am powerfully protected. I am master of my body, and ruler of my mind." This has helped me in life a lot. When I say it I really put a lot of energy into it. It's all about the intention! Things like this can be so powerful if you put emotion into the words. Emotion... energy in MOTION.

 

As I like say when I arrive and I will again in 6 days. "It's good to be home"

Of course! I learned that from someone else as well too. I didn't come up with it but I memorized it and use it. feel free to spread it, use it or whatever you wish.
