It’s not really true though. There’s already plenty of illegal prostitution happening in Nevada, especially near Las Vegas. Marijuana is kind of the same way; it has been legalized and decriminalized in several states, but there is still a black market that undercuts the legal channels. Even if you legalized for prostitution all over the country, it really would not increase competition for the legal ones all that much. There would still be a thriving black market
