The hotel suggested in the new comers thread has not been updated in forever. Is there a list of close hotels to Bunny Ranch that give a discount? On a somewhat separate topic, how far is the ranch from the airport?
The airport is in Reno, which is about half hour drive from the ranches. I don’t have any useful information on hotels though. Last time I just stayed at a Ramada in Reno.
The Gold Dust West is a ten min drive to the ranches from Carson City. There are several more located in downtown CC.
I just went about two months ago, knowing I was coming in from out of out of town. The Gold Dust West hotel is probably even less than 10 minutes from the Ranches, if it isn't, it sure feels like it's a short jaunt on over. No turns, no off-ramps, very nearly a straight shot on over from the hotel. I got no discount at the hotel (I didn't inquire), but it was a solid bet for a stay if you're going to the Ranches. It's extremely close by. Breakfast is included in the price of the hotel. But yeah, you're right, the hotel is old hat information on the message board here. It still holds up, though, as a solid spot to stay if you're coming in from out of town and want to check out one o' the Ranches.

BRONTE, there's so many to choose from. If you book a lady for the night you can always stay in one of our bungalows. I'd give you a deal
I wish I could afford that, but unfortunately my budget is kind of limited. I did recently put a deposit for a beautiful lady and figured and money saved can be spent on her tip and parting gifts. Edit Thank you very much for the generous offer though.
Last time I went out there, I stayed at Gold Dust West. I paid $250-ish as I’d booked ahead a few months. This was even on Memorial Day weekend, too, so I had to get both my room and my party time locked in. Always book ahead. The rates are better.
I usually prebook when I travel. I'm a frequent customer of Travelocity. I'm looking to visit again in April or May. Tricky part is that I'm driving to the area. From Maryland. Along US Route 50 which is not interstate so I'm probably averaging 60 miles per hour for about 2900 miles. I figure it'll be at 4 days of driving, maybe 5.
My last stay was at the Carson City Plaza. It's a smaller hotel but it was inexpensive and the bed was nice. I thought my drive was long! I decided to fly on my second visit as I only had a weekend, no time to drive. Still paying for the round flight but it was worth the trip.

Now for us who have access to private airplanes. I use the Carson City airport. Reno International ,is about a half hour-to a hour away. By car , taxi . To my knowledge their is no discounts. For any of the ranches any more…..
Gold Dust West no longer has their BunnyRanch discount, but the last time I stayed there, it cost less than my previous stay back in 2019. Always book ahead!
