This morning I went to Jamba Juice and got a smoothie with added protein!

 

This morning I opted for nachos! I know it’s not a breakfast food, but I was craving Mexican food when I woke up!

 

Lol girl you got to go with the cravings some times!

 

I ate a breakfast burrito from pegs today!

 

One of my favorite breakfast food is the "Coastal Benedict" at Heidi's in Carson. It has real crab and shrimp!!! It's yummy!!!

Pegs is the best! I love their Denver Omelette and Ham Melt!

I made myself an egg white scramble with ham and cheese! I also had a piece of avocado toast.

French toast is one of my all time favorite breakfasts!

 

This morning I had some hot tea with lemon and honey with a side of avocado toast!

 

Yes! French toasts is so good!!

 

Breakfast is my favorite meal so I often have it for lunch or even dinner as well. Can't miss with egg whites scrambled with a medley of grilled veggies.

This morning I had a Cobb salad for breakfast! With balsamic dressing..I woke up late.

 

This morning I made an egg white and veggie scramble with cheese!

 

Back to apple cinnamon oatmeal today!

 

This morning I made a BLT with avocado instead of mayo! It was delicious!
