Today I had a banana nut muffin and some yougert.

 

I like eggs, bacon, toast, and a nice cup of coffee.

 

In honor of St. Paddy's day tomorrow it will be cornedbeef hash, with two poched eggs on top, with rye tost and grap jelly, juice , and coffee with a wee bit of Jameson's. then a nap :lol: :lol: :lol:

Can't get by without my Banana Nut Cheerios, two slices of whole wheat toast, strawberry jam, my coffee!

Tomorrow for St Pats, I might use Bailey's Irish Cream instead of milk on my Cheerio's! :lol: :lol: :lol:
