i love to cook myself . i normally marinate my standing rib roast for 24 hrs. before I cook it on a rottisere .
Still learning but I love it. Especially when cooking for one person, it really expands what I'm able to make and its SO fast. Cleanup is very easy too, highly recommend it. I did a lot of research on the different models though and saw that there are several brands which aren't reliable and quit working fairly soon, per the reviews. Fingers crossed mine keeps on going.
Last night was finger food from our Tea Party at Love Ranch North compliments of @JuniperJones. She went all out. What a spread!

Tonight I made homemade macaroni and cheese with bacon! It was delicious. Next time I think I’ll add chicken and broccoli!
