This is my current routine
Monday: Chest Abs and Run
Tuesday: Back and Bike
Wednesday: Shoulders and Run
Thursday: Legs and Bike
Friday: Arms, Abs and Run
Jumping Rope is GREAT cardio! Try some double-unders! It's weird at first but it's a great way to push yourself! Here's a little video from one of my sessions:

yesterday I saw lyla storm and taylor morgan on the pink bikes yesterday and I thought they looked so cute.
I just did light weight training with my sister yesterday

biking all the way...!!! I'm kind of obsessed.
I'd love to bring my road bike out on my next trip and explore some of those hills around the Ranches. The roads are so much smoother out there than back here.

Squats and donkey kicks. Judging by the booties around here, I'm guessing there's lots of squats happening...
If I can't sexercise it will be yoga and cardio
I started a new workout today. A mile run, followed by 30 minutes of circuit training, then another mile run.
