    What's your workout like?

    Do you prefer running outside, the gym, swimming, sex ;) ?

  2. My favorite workout? Well, for 50 years I have been frequently masturbating. Many times I have built up a sweat and my hands and fingers get tired. Not that is has been my preferred form of exercise, but it is the best available most of the time and it costs nothing compared to going to a gym or a brothel.

  4. Mon, Wed, Sat, hot yoga 90 mins

    Tues, Thurs, Sunday, sit-ups, push-ups, squats, shadow box, heavy bag (standing and ground n pound), focus mitt/pad drills 2 hrs

    Friday, relax

    All to prep for war, I mean sex :mrgreen:

  7. The gym I go to, along with the trainer I work with, uses a combination of free weights, trx and machines for our workouts. We also push sleds, use sledgehammers and tractor tires on occasion to mix it up so we don't get too used to doing the same routines over and over.

  9. Well as you know I can't swim so that is out. I would prefer sex as my workout but that is hard to do alone. :mrgreen: I guess I will just have to start running again because I am out of shape. Maybe I need a sexy running partner to get me motivated. :wink:

  15. Don't be too sure Willow. We have several ladies who work out with my trainer(a former SEAL btw) and they tear it up pounding that sledge on the tire.
     
  16. When I'm at BR I love to go to the gym and do core and strength training!

    Jogging I like to do outside best--prettier scenery. [smilie=happy.gif]

    I love to workout! I do 45 minutes to an hr of cardio every day followed by strength training. :D

  26. I'm fortunate in that my job is extremely physical. I'm constantly lifting gear and equipment upwards of 150lbs, swinging 4 & 6lb sledge hammers, climbing on and off ladders and trucks.

    I've lost a ton of weight since I started my job and I continually push myself out there as half the fun is seeing how hard I can push myself and how much I can physically take before I reach my limits.

  33. When I lived in SoCal, I could run year round. The first year I moved to a more northern location, I attempted to do the same, but found out I just couldn't run in 20 degree weather or on the ice & snow. So, in the winter, I snowboard and hit the gym as much as possible.
