It was new years eve and I had traveled 1800 miles for a visit with Shelby. Little did I know it was going to be the best new years eve I had ever had. Usually I am alone on these kinds of nights and don't stay up that late. I am a little older and a new year isn't such a big deal. I am also not a real social able person because I am shy and quiet. On my drive into Carson I got a call from Shelby asking how soon I would be there. I told her about a hour away. I asked her if there were any hotel specials that she knew of. She informed me that the ranch had rooms at Gold Dust West for a discount for Ranch guests. I asked her to see if she could get a room for me reserved for the night. She made some calls and got the last one for me. I told her I would go get checked in then drive out to the ranch and meet with her. When I got to Gold Dust West they upgraded me reservation to a suite room. And man was it sweet. Living room and bedroom and kitchenette. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I have never stayed in a suite before. I was lovin' it. And the price was right too. Check it out if you ever book a date with a lover or bunny. So when I went to see Shelby I was in a good mood about my visit. She was very nice and we talked for a while and got to know each other a little. I told her about the room and thanked her. She suggested that we have an overnight at the room and ring in the new year together. I was not planning on this at all. I am not a wealthy man. I did a lot of thinking about it and decided to do it. Mainly because the room was so nice and I haven't spent a new years eve with anyone in a long time. We had a good time then went down to the casino and ate and played blackjack until it was the new year. No Shelby I'm not going to say you kicked my ass in bowling either. She did. Another good time before sleep time and I did die and go to heaven. The next morning didn't go so good though. Had breakfast and didn't feel good afterwards. She suggested that she leave and I could stop by later and we could finish things when I felt better. Well it was actually the next day when I had to drive back home (1800 miles) I was feeling better by then and stopped by the ranch and saw the shinning star one more time. In all Best new years eve and then some. If anyone ever needs a great time, go see Shelby. She will do wonders for you.
