Chat room?

I have heard a lot of talk about the chat room. In fact the chat room bubble at one time would automatically pop up in the lower right hand corner of my screen. What happened? Has this feature disappeared? Or have I unknowingly hidden that feature myself? I'm horrible with technology so it's very possible. Any help would be appreciated!

 

I saw a girl in a lineup but I didn't get her name.

It worked for me last night now it has vanished into the either

 

If you have adblocks/firewalls/antimalware/etc or use certain kinds of devices or browsers the chat feature may be very fickle for you if it works at all. Just FYI.

 

As far as I know none of that exists on my PS4 so the fact that the chat has vanished is strange

 

It seems the program used for the chat has changed so it may behave differently than the previous system. Check browser and device settings, clear your caches, and all other troubleshooting methods.

 

3 different browsers and my phone - chat doesn't appear on any of them. It might be an easier to ask who can get in and what are they using.
