  1. Dennis,
I was thinking about your predicament with your car. My step dad had a 997 Turbo Porsche. He had it serviced at an independent shop. Long story short, the owner of the shop did a tune up and then took it out late at night to go fast..upshot the car caught fire and burned up. Insurance took care of the car. Similar circumstances...I have been in the car industry for a long time and the dealer doesn't want to pay for anything unless they are so pressured to do so. You mentioned sand in the engine, that seems very odd to me...John

Then you read the Yelp reviews, on this dealership... Seams like the only thing they care about is selling cars! Used cars with out a CarFax,really... ? But looks and sounds like this shop has major issues with it! How does one get sand in a engine, while working inside?

  3. Not a good place...sand does not migrate to inside of an engine...enough said!
