Lets start with the fact I haven't patronized a house since the mid-70s in the Philippines. Things are really different from what I remember!

I had tweeted a bit with Alice on Twitter and mentioned that I might be passing through; she suggested I stop by and at least say Hi. Since the roads were clearest on that route for my 1600 mile drive, I decided to go that way. I contacted her by email and we exchanged cell numbers so I could text to let her know when I'd be there.

I arrived and she had told me she was running late, so I took a quick tour with Athira, another cute, friendly woman there that day, and settled in to talk with her and have some coffee. Then Alice arrived and Oh. My. Gods. is she cute! What a smile! She dropped off something in her new room (can't wait to use it), we hugged, then sat at the bar and chatted for a bit. She had to take care of some business before we moved to her room to talk some more. We talked pets and animals, cosplay, music preferences, life in general, then to brass tacks.

I was limited on time, and didn't think I had enough fun cash with me, but we discussed what we could do and made a deal. Let me just say that this old grey-beard had his socks knocked off by her. There was no sense of being hurried, we laughed, we enjoyed each other's bodies, and after, we cuddled and talked a bit more. Sadly, I then had to hit the road; I still had 300 miles to go that day. I had been at Sagebrush Ranch for almost two hours, the time had flown by. But the drive went faster than expected with the memory of her athletic little body and quick mind. The worst part of the day was when I showered that evening and cleaned the scent and taste of her out of my beard and mustache.

Next time I'll plan more time and show Alice a couple of my favorite positions we didn't have time for. Maybe invite Roxanne Price in, as well; they always seem to be having such fun together on Twitter and Facebook. If you really want to see a huge smile on her face, give her coffee.

  2. [smilie=heart fill with love.gif]Thanks hun. I am so glad you decided to stop in, even if it was just a for a quick visit, it was definitely a lot of fun in a little time!

I think coffee is the weakness everyone knows about...that and Roxanne lol. I can't wait for you to pass through next time!

Completely worth the late arrival that evening. Next time I'll bring my favorite short Terry Pratchett book, Where's My Cow?, so we can read to each other and make silly animal noises at each other.

I like this dress Alice. It is a nice throwback to the Psycodelic 60's

    Tentacle Porn!

I'm probably the happiest person that I had the time to stop! Only downside is that I want to go back, right now. And I can't do that - yet.

That day was only 500 miles. The trip was ~3600 miles in 11 days. Five of those days were just driving around town where I was for a memorial service. So, about 3300 highway miles in 6 days. Best day was about 800 miles, 4 states, and the full N-S length of Nevada, Jackpot through Boulder City.

Maybe "Iron Butt"? Though mine isn't nearly as firm and grabbable as yours.

BTW, Iron Butt is a term used for motorcyclists who have ridden 1000 mile or more in a single 24 hour period. I've done that twice, both on an unfaired Honda 500-4. I was much younger then, and really not too bright. :)

My best single drive was 1550 miles in 26 hours, from North of Seattle to Phoenix. But that was on 4 wheels, in the only car I ever regret selling. A 1969 Buick Wildcat Convertible; Glacier Blue with a white top and interior.

[smilie=heart fill with love.gif]950 miles in the last two days with Mom, including lunch with my niece yesterday and some touristy stuff today. And she's 81. Must be genetic...

This was a nice photo to have waiting when I logged in.

Always. Left a day early because either my allergies went crazy, out I have the crud. 425 miles today, ~475 tomorrow.

Lunch with a friend and his wife, dinner with a Navy buddy I haven't seen since 1979, and lots of people at Mom's work reunion I haven't seen since the mid-60s.

Back at Mom's. 1991 miles since Wednesday morning, at least ⅔ driving sick. Going to the doctor tomorrow. My money is on bronchitis.

Edited to add: Acute bronchitis developing into pneumonia. A couple of shots, a nebulizer treatment, three 'scripts, and a nebulizer machine to use every 8 hours until Friday morning.

    Already feeling better.
