THIS IS SO TRUE STACY. I'VE EXPERIENCED FOR MYSELF. IT'S RECOMMENDED THAT WE SHOULD EAT WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF WAKING UP SO WE DON'T OVER EAT AND YOUR BODY DOSEN'T THINK IT'S STARVING ITSELF. WHEN I'M HERE I LIKE TO KEEP IT LIGHT OATMEAL OR EGGS. FOR A NICE TREAT AT HOME, STEAK AND EGGS WITH HASH BROWNS AND A SIDE OF BLUEBERRY PANCAKES OR BELGIAN WAFFLES. I PERFER MY OWN HOME COOKING .BUT IF THERE IS NO TIME I LIKE TO DINE!
