I suffer from age/overweight/mental related erectile dysfunction which only occurs when with women and have tried a lot of the usual (sildenafill/viagra, Tadalafil/Cialis and supplements) but since most were not completely effective I decided to bite the bullet and try Trimix penile injections. As I'm writing this I have had a boner for over 2 1/2 hours now, making me feel like a porn star (male stars often use Trimix as I've heard). I use an auto-injector to make it easier since the idea of using a syringe is a bit scary, just a little discomfort. You need to be very careful about cleanliness though. A doctor or nurse can show you how to properly load a syringe but it's easy. Very important to also start with low dose so you don't end up with greater than a 4 hour erection. Two and a half hours? That sounds painful. Also it makes peeing a messy affair. That thing is hard to aim in that condition.
No it isn't painful and I had no trouble aiming. The prescription also came with injectable phenylephrine to reverse a painful erection if needed.

I may have to look into this. I subscribe to getting Blue Chews. I only use them when I have a lady to see and that’s not often at all.
A big possible problem though is that a vial of trimix will only last 30 days once the seal is broken and needs to be kept cold at refrigerator temps. It can be kept in a freezer until first use for up to 6 months. A vial cost me over $250 and has enough for at least 25 doses but since you should not use it more than 3 times a week that is more than enough. Another issue may be that you need to carefully "aim" the shot to avoid the urethra so that it takes affect. It miss-aimed once and it almost no effect but at least there was no harm done or pain.
