I'm not making fun of you, but think there's a joke in here somewhere. So California is losing residents because they're moving to other states to avoid the high taxes and regulations. Given its proximity to California, Utah could nab some of these emigrants with this slogan: "Tired of getting screwed by everyone?!? Come settle down in the state founded on everyone getting screwed!"
LOL!!! Hilarious! Sadly, though, they’ll come to Utah and vote for everything they escaped from. So the screwed become...the screwers?
