Country Music

I am a huge country music fan. There is one of their awards shows coming up on April 3rd., in Las Vegas. I was wondering how many other country music fans there are on here?

Im from Alabama and love country music..though alot of it has become more "pop" type music..i like george strait, carrie underwood, josh turner, zac brown band, george jones, hank sr and jr..alot of different artists..and i always watch the awards show..country sinders always seem more grateful than any other genre and country music fans are always so loyal..not just to one artist but to all of them. idk if u seen brad paisley's speech when he won an award at the last awards show but it was so moving and made a part of his video for "Its Country"..which is an awesome song!!
Are u coming out for St. Pogus sweety?

I don't remember that speech that you are talking about. I wish that I was going to be able to make it up there this weekend.

I'm a huge country fan grew up with Alabama, The Oak Ridge Boys, Tanya Tucker, then later it was Shania Twain, Brooks and Dunnm, Rick TRevino, ALan Jackson, Garth Brooks, Leann Rimes, Nowadays I am a Brad Paiseley, Kenny Chesney, Tim Mcgraw, Carrie Underwood Fan and yes I GOT SWift Love Taylor Swift

I love country!I grew up listening to country any and all types from good ol Hank to new comers like gretchen Wilson Taylor swift but I have to say I have always LOVED LOVED LOVED Reba!!!Country music always puts me in a great mood.I used to "torture" my employees when I worked for subway because I made them listen to a country station

The first time that I came up to the ranches myself, my roommate, Rich (the ex Love Ranch manager), and a few of the girls including Cherry Pie went to a Reba, Kelly Clarkson concert at the Reno Event Center.

So I know this is in the Bunny Babe forum and I'm not exactly a Bunny Babe ... YET! hehe, but I can't help myself from throwing my opinion in....

I love country! A lot of the new stuff I don't like, it's very pop-rock-country, and I'm not into that. My favorites would be:
George Strait, Alan Jackson, Conway Twitty, Loretta Lynn, Terri Clark, Patty Loveless, Garth Brooks, Waylon Jennings, Randy Travis, Hank Williams Jr., Tracy Lawrence, Blake Shelton, Lorrie Morgan, The Judds, and Dwight Yoakam, plus many more. I sincerely believe that about 90% of country songs made since 2000 have been horrible and not REAL country.

I'm so glad there are other country lovers here [smilie=heart fill with love.gif]

This Saturday night from 9:00P.m. to 11:00P.m. ABC will be re-airing the CMA Country Christmas Show. It was a really good show.
