Many ladies consider the menu a novelty -- few clients actually order from it, instead opting to state specifically the type of experience they wish to have. (I prefer it this way, too, as it ensures that you get exactly what you're looking for.)

Just like there is Around the World, it would be cool if you could order all the girls whose names start with a letter, like the A-team, the B-team, the C-team, and so on. Yeah I know it would get expensive, but it might be a fun concept.

As long as the ratio of women to men in the room is even, I don't see why it couldn't happen if everyone is on board.
