Don't know why the houses closer to Vegas don't have the same limo service as you. They say, they do, but we know different. I guess that's why the BR is number one.

I'll definitely use your transportation service. It looks very convenient.
Do I have to pay cash for the service, or can I use a credit card when I arrive at the Ranch?

It boggles the mind as to why anyone would take a cab. It really does.

So out of curiosity, if I get a limo ride down(sure to tip ), have few drinks, realize the Ranch may not be for me, am I looking at an expensive cab ride back up or just never getting the service again? Considering making a trek next time I'm in Reno and am not 100% on the whole thing.

AGREE!!! The limos, especially the NEW ones are great. The lighting inside the new limos are awesome as well. I can't help but stare at the them whenever I'm inside. And hey. . .you can watch Cathouse during your ride too!!!

Limos are so fun! Ive never been in a Limo with bunnies tho! once I was very tempted to just hop in with Dennis and the ladies he had with him when he was leaving the Chocolate bar a few years ago in Reno... I was there with a friend following a group of girls he knew and we were clubbing with. I saw Dennis and was like SWEET!! almost abandoned the group to chill with him. when we were leaving Dennis and the group was coming out and as he was getting into the limo I was like "you look tired Dennis, need a hand?" laughed and told him good evening and was on our way.
But Limos are awesome, I got to spend a weekend rolling around Reno in one when I was 17. My buddy's bachelor party, and his step brother was throwing everything for him. I went with them to the clubs they went, wasnt carded, wine lounges, cigar lounge, and wherever. It was AWESOME. Cuban cigars, partying and limos at 17!! never forget that!

Now that would be a nice party to do at the ranch - roll around in a limo with beautiful women. Again, money is the roadblock.

danicaday wrote: a LONDON CAB????? How awesome!!! I used to spend some considerable time in London....and I absolutely LOVE those cabs....they have ease of use....they are elegant.... you can get in and out of them more easily than a regular american cab or even a stretch limo.....when you are in them there are two seats on either side....facing each other....so they are totally freakin awesome!! Ever been in the London Underground?

I highly recommend our drivers! Why use a smelly cab when you can really live it up? Treat yourself, its cheaper and its so much more of a VIP experience. YOU get to be king, and treated just the way Daddy D is every day, for the duration of your stay The idea is to treat yourself, isn't it?

Is it inappropriate to ask the cost from the Gold Dust in CC? Apologies in advance for not reading the entire thread, just the first couple of posts.

After all, wouldn't want to get too busy inside the limo and then be in the heat of it and then be told that we've arrived.

I have only used the Limo once and that was because
I was only in town 5 hours and had to fly right back out
It was great because of how tired I was from traveling

I just looked back at my Car Rental Cost
while at the Ranch (WOW)
It really does add up with all the insurance and all
I'm going to use the shuttle a lot more unless I
stay in Reno

I think giving the cab driver 20% of every sale stinks! It is possible that the cab driver could make more money that the working girl after the house gets their cut and the girl gets what is left. Is this an industry wide practice or just with the bunnyranch?

I have a question. Is it possible to have one of the ranch's regular cars to come pick a client up at the airport and take him/her to a hotel, and then to return the client to the airport on the day of the return flight? If so, what is the price? It isn't clear to me in the discussion thus far on this thread if this is an option. I will be flying in for the St. Pogus Weekend bash, and would rather not rent a car. Obviously, I would then be asking the ranch to pick me up at the hotel to take me to the bash on Friday and Saturday night too.

K-Rocker:
I would normally be a strong supporter for using ranch transportation for an in and out party. Obviously, there is a fee for the transportation plus justifiable tips for each of the drivers.
Back and forth to the airport on two different days plus back and forth to each of the ranches on two other days sounds like five or six trips during what is bound to be a busy time.
Rent a car. Enjoy the freedom of your own schedule. Do not do any serious drinking and then driving.
Call several airport locations and get prices from several agencies.
Try every qualified affiliation possible (AARP, veteran, etc.) My car insurance company has the best deal for me.
Use a credit car that pays for your insurance and covers accidents.
Return the car full of gas.
Watch the hourly rental rate. Several hours extra over a 24 hour period is essentially equivalent to rental for another full day.
Party On! Have Fun! Keep submitting those RLRRs.

Thanks Harold!
I rented a car last year, and did so in November as well. I just thought I would ask before I made arrangements for March.

I'm thinking it will be Mad House St Pogus so I better rent a car on a event of this size.

They can also provide roundtrip transportation anywhere in the Reno/ Tahoe area. I don't recommend using a private limo or taxi as the driver gets a 20% commission on my sale and therefore increases your price by me. A taxi drive is around $200 and that driver gets a commission too. So, please use our limo. Our drivers are very courteous, clean and professional and make for great tour guides and conversation during your ride and you get free cold drinks too. COOL NEED 2 KNOW INFO THANKS!!

The only cost is the tip to the driver? I need a midnight airport pick up to hotel hotel to ranch ranch to early morning airport When are you going to sleep in the hotel and will it be in Reno or Carson City? If your first ride, airport to hotel, is when you are going to sleep and you are staying in a major hotel/casino in Reno, most of them have free airport shuttles back and forth to their hotel. I have heard, the typical tip for the ranch driver to and from Reno is about $55. Someone correct me if I am wrong on that. That is still a lot cheaper than cab fare for a 40 mile one way drive (my guess would be about $250 including tip for a cab) and cheaper than renting a car. If you are staying at a Carson City hotel such as Gold Dust West Carson, having the ranch driver pick you up at the Reno airport and driving you to the ranch and hotel would be a good idea since Carson City is only about 5 miles from the ranch. Lots of people working in Nevada depend on tips to make a decent living. You figure, 2 hours of the driver's time minimum to get the limo ready with fresh ice, 45 minute drive to pick you up at the airport and maybe wait for you a bit, the 45 minute drive back to the ranch, unless you are stopping at a hotel which will take more time, and the cleanup of dirty glassware and restock after he gets back. Gasoline costs about $3 a gallon, and I don't think limos get good gas mileage, so think of 7 or 8 gallons of gas that you don't have to buy. Local driving from the ranch to places in Carson City is a lot cheaper tip wise of course. My guess would be a $10 tip, but maybe somebody can give a more accurate tip expectation. Never take a cab to the ranch, even if you are staying in Carson City. Sometimes, if you have made an appointment with a ranch lady, she will take care of the ranch driver tip for you. I have never taken the limo myself, and have always driven my own vehicle to the ranch, so this is all from what I have heard.

I wasn't too worried about the amounts I had been figuring on similar figures to what you describe I just wanted to make sure that was the "bottom line". I had already completely ruled out taxi (20% kickback from my bunny no way) but I was looking at possibly a rental car but its boiling down to basically the same price and this way I wouldn't have to worry about driving at all which is a huge plus

If you are staying in the Reno area, can you have roundtrip transportation? Also, will the limo have any drinks? And are they extra or are they part of the fee?
Also, what if you plan on staying at the ranch longer than expected, can you reschedule your ride back for later?
Thanks everyone!

there were different types of drinks in the limo at no extra charge; when I was there in December the ride back was flexible depending on how long I took

Rent-A-Car:
Shop around - Call several companies
Rent a compact car - You often get an upgrade for no extra charge and will not be driving far
Mention all possible affiliations when renting - Senior, AARP, AAA, etc.
Do not pay for car damage insurance. Your own car insurance or your credit card will often cover most of the cost in case of trouble - Call to be sure
Fill the tank with gas before returning the car
In Reno - Stay at a hotel with a courtesy car service from the airport to the hotel and back
The ladies will met you at the airport in a limo, but remember that you are paying for their time or a major (overnight or more) party. Make the arrangements with your lady when booking your appointment
Have realistic expectations

For those who have taken a ride in the white towncars, many are happy to know that the back window BUNNY RANCH advertisement has been COMPLETELY REMOVED, so you can travel to the Moonlite Bunny Ranch discreetly!

I look forward to another ride next Saturday just in time to attend the champagne party! Though too bad about the log being removed. The look on people's faces can be classic...especially at the airport...lol Of course back when I was a "newbie" that would have been quite intimidating so probably the right move from a business standpoint.

This sounds like a great idea. I would love to partake when I come out there for my visit. So how does it work? One time only deal? Multiple rides as long as it's back and forth between hotel and ranch? How much is a reasonable tip for the driver? Sorr I have so many questions, but I'm trying to make sure my trip there goes well and have enough money to cover all my expenses.

It was the coolest thing in the world, to walk out of the airport in Reno, and have this limo waiting for, and the toy surprise inside was so much better. It's the only way to go!!!

I recommend this transportation highly. The drivers are friendly and professional. It is a fixed price plus tip and unlike other ranches this is all you pay for this service.

I have not been tp the ranch for about 3 years. I am glad transportation is still provided for my summer bunnyranch trip. I have a feeling that once Anna is thru with me, I will be in no condition to drive. ![Happy [smilie=happy.gif]](./chat_old/images/smilies/Happy.gif)

I have never been to Vegas, but for some reason I am more interested in the bunny ranch than in vegas hehe. So anyways here is a newb asking what would be the best tactic: From Airport to hotel and to hotel to the bunny ranch? Or from the Airport to the bunny ranch and have a helluva party? My plan is to stay the weekend to have an awesome weekend.

If you are planning your trip around the Bunnyranch visit, and are planning to stay at a hotel, the first thing I would suggest is to stay in Reno, rather than Vegas. It is much closer.

Reno instead of Vegas? hmm not bad at all, although I figured I could stay in Vegas in order to get to know the city but what gives, I think I wont be getting out of the bunny ranch once I find it hahaha.
Thanks a lot for the help.
The only thing left would be a recommended and close place to stay. This is so exciting xP.

I wanted to give props to the limo driver Bob, who got from Reno to the ranch and back in the middle of a snowstorm. Thanks a bunch Bob!
