So, as the new guy here, I have to say this is a great idea. Definitely an untapped market (no pun intended)

Also, with the emphasis on sci-fi, don't forget that a lot of geek guys also go gaga for comic book cosplay, too.

I watched the Nightline news video, and I loved it. I do think you should have the costumes all the time though, just alternate them daily.

This is a brilliant idea !! Will you be using your celeb status to gather alien movie memorablia??? It would be amazingly cool to have a whole tie in - there are so many uber cool movies from the 50's kitsch to current sci fi that would enhance the whole fantasy aspect... the possibilities are endless..just a thought...
