I learned that I'm starting to regain the ability to move my bum foot and the med staff is surprised at how quickly I'm healing. HUGE RELIEF to me !!!!!!

Getting to have a long phone call with my family and learning that everyone is doing okay back home.

Working 5 hours and getting paid for 12. Getting to spend those two of those four hours sleeping in an air conditioned tour buss on our way to a job site and getting to spend the next three hours driving an air conditioned big rig back to the shop.

Finding out that both V-8 juice and coconut water (two of my favorite drinks) are ultra high in potassium and electrolytes. This makes me happy because I'm needing to consume a ton of potassium and electrolytes to help prevent brutal muscle cramps.
