I'm a big Blake Shelton fan too.

My mother turned me and my father onto country music in the 90's with Colin Raye and Brooks and Dunn. I personally think 80's and 90's country is the best, and usually the sadder the song, the better it was/is.

His best song however could make you cry. If you want to listen, look up "I May Never Get To Heaven" on youtube or itunes. That song and "Love, Me" by Colin Raye are two of the saddest songs you could ever hear. In fact, I refuse to listen to the Colin Raye song since it reminds me of my grandparents.


And if you really want some humor, look up "It's Hard To Kiss The Lips At Night That Chew Your Ass Out All Day Long" by The Notorious Cherry Bombs. HILARIOUS!!!

I just recently found Clint Black's "Something That We Do". It's an older song from the early 90s but I think it's the first time I'd heard it. I've moved it into "Instant Classic" status.
