What do you when it's time for bed?

Soo I am starting to get ready for bed, and it made me wonder what others do when they get ready for bed:)

I know im getting tired when i start to rub my eyes and play with my hair! Thats when i know it's time to take a shower right before its time to sleep! When I get out, I dry my body off and then wrap one towel around my body and one around my hair. I'll go brush my teeth and wash my face. When I'm finished with that, I take my favorite lotion and rub it all over my skin to make sure I'm nice and soft for my dreams.
Depending on the weather, I might put my PJs in the dryer before I get in the shower. If that's the case I'll go throw on some warm PJs and then star blow drying hair!
I'm from cali, so on those hot days I usually just like to sleep in my undies!

I always bring a cup of water to place on my night stand just in case I get thirsty in the middle of the night!

Do you have a special routine before you go to sleep?

take a cool, but not cold shower, throw on a pair of silk boxers, and go to sleep

Generally watch a sports game or movie to wined down from the day. Check the message boards. Then turn the radio on to fall a sleep to the music.

I stand naked in the mirror, listening to music ,Ii will apply some lotion, clean my skin, and then slip in to my silk black sheets.. But I have to take sleep meds first or I'll be up all night..
